Sprenger Health Care Bluffton is a luxury 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility connected to a 45-apartment assisted living located in Okatie. The skilled nursing and rehab offers therapy seven days a week with their own in house therapy team, but also offers IV therapy, ostomy care, medication management and wound care. All 60 rooms are private with private bathrooms. Medicare, commercial insurances and private pay funds are accepted. The assisted living offers seven different floor plans to choose from and is private pay only. The facility holds social hour every day of the week at the full service bar, has an on-site chapel and four enclosed courtyards.
